Play Ball!

Alex is playing T-ball, and he LOVES it! These picture are from his first game. He woke up that Saturday morning by 6:30 AM, came downstairs and was fully dressed in his shorts, team t-shirt and cap. He was definitely ready to play! He has gotten better with each practice and game. He is learning how to catch the ball and play different positions. Everyone gets to hit every game and everyone plays all positions, so this has been a great introduction the world of baseball! I'll post some more baseball pictures showing Alex in action!

Emily's Big Girl Room!

Emily got upgraded to big girl furniture at the end of April! We celebrated her move with a big girl bedroom party. In case you're wondering, the party consists of cupcakes and a Hello Kitty Balloon....not that big a deal to any of us, but Emily thought it was the best thing ever! Her new furniture consists of a day bed(with trundle for overnight guests), 2 new bookshelves, a dresser, and a nightstand. She loves being a big girl, and we love watching her grow and try out new things!
